✔ Eligible for Return/Exchange:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

🚫 Not Eligible:

• Used, washed, or damaged items.

• Items without original tags or packaging.

🔄 Exchange:

• Exchange is available for size or color of the same product (subject to stock availability).

📦 How to Request a Return/Exchange:

1. Contact our support team at bufftops@outlook.com with your order number.

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

3. We will arrange a pickup or share the return address.

💰 Refund:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days after we receive and inspect the item.
