At Bufftops, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ve got you covered.

✅ Return & Exchange Eligibility:

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Applicable for men’s shirts & pants only.

🔄 Exchange:

• Size or color exchange available (subject to stock).

🚫 Not Eligible For:

• Used, washed, or damaged items.

• Products without original tags or packaging.

📦 How to Return / Exchange:

1. Email us at bufftops@outlook.com with your order details.

2. Pack the product securely.

3. We’ll arrange pickup or share the return address.

💰 Refunds:

• Processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after inspection.
