• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (within India).

• Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (select locations).

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free standard shipping on orders above ₹999.

• Orders below ₹999 will have a flat shipping fee of ₹79.

• Express delivery charges vary based on location.

4. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

• You can track your order on our courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Issues

• Bufftops is not responsible for delays due to incorrect address, unforeseen weather, or courier delays.

• If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact bufftops@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery attempt.

6. International Shipping (If applicable)

• Currently, Bufftops ships within India only. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
