At Bufftops, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains how you can cancel your order.

1. Cancellation Before Shipping

• You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.

• To request a cancellation, email us at bufftops@outlook.com with your order number.

2. Cancellation After Shipping

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

• You may follow our Return & Exchange Policy after receiving the product.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Order Cancellation by Bufftops

We may cancel orders if:

• The product is out of stock.

• Payment issues occur.

• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions are detected.

5. Special Conditions
